Do You Provide Your Own Cables?

Stingers, SDI, and XLR – We will provide adequate cabling for AC/DC power, audio, and video. We do prefer that the production company provides cabling if the runs are longer than 100ft.

Triax or Fiber – Transmission cables and will need to be provided by the production company with at least 50ft of excess cable placed at the base of the jib.

Intercom – If available, PL may be run out of the back of the camera. In cases where a wired belt pack is required, 50ft of excess XLR cable will need to be placed at the base of the jib.

Multi-Channel Audio – If your shoot plans on running multiple audio lines to the camera on the jib, those cables will need to be provided by the production company, with at least 50ft of excess cable for each channel placed at the base of the jib.

Video Signal Formats – If Program Video for a Return Feed is being pulled from the back of the camera or an I/O panel at the truck, we can accept HD-SDI, SDI, HDMI, and Composite signals. If needed, we can de-embed audio from an HD-SDI or SDI source.
